- Rohu Fish(500 Gram)
- Potato (1 Big size)
- Chopped Tomato (1 cup)
- Mustard Seed (2tsp)
- Cumin Seed(1/2 tsp)
- Green Chili (2-3no as per taste)
- Chopped Onion(1 big size)
- Ginger (1 inch)
- Garlic (6-7 cloves)
- Red chilli (1no)
- Dry Mango (1no)
- Panch Phutana(1/4 tsp)
- Chopped coriander leave
- Mustard Oil
Method:
- Wash Fish Properly and marinate it for 30min with turmeric powder and salt.
- Heat Sufficient oil on deep fry pan and fry all fish till its turn brown.(not more)
- Now Grind mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and green chili together and make a fine paste.
- Heat Mustard Oil on another pan and add red chili, pancha phutana. Let them splutter.
- Now add chopped onion and pinch of salt. Fry for 2-3min.
- Add Tomato and fry for another 2-min.
- Now add mustard paste and fry it until oil separates .
- Add turmeric powder, chili powder and potato.
- Now add water and cover pan the water to simmer.
- Boil until potato properly done, now add dry mangoo and boil for 5min.
- Garnish with coriander leave before serve.
