Bitter Gourd Masala Fry

Bitter Gourd Masala fry is side dish of any type Meal and Its very healthy too.
Ingredients:
- Bitter Gourd - 2nos
- Boiled Potato - 1no (Medium)
- Onion sliced- 1nos(Medium)
- sliced garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Jeera Powder- 1/2tsp
- Dhania Powder- 1/2tsp
- Chilli Powder(as per your taste)
- chopped green Chilli
Procedure:
- Wash Bitter gourd.
- Half boil the bitter gourd Just cut one side den pullout all seeds
- Heat 1tsp vegetable Oil on pan, Fry sliced onion garlic, ginger and green chilli.
- Den add that seeds and Fry it 5 min den add boiled Potato ,1/2tsp jeera powder,Dhania Powder,chili powder.
- Den fill up those stuffs into bitter gourd carefully.
- Heat another frying pain and fry all bitter gourd till its turn brown.
- Now Serve hot with any meal.
